Senior Pastor - Pastor Larry Willman

Larry has been the Pastor of the Payne Ave. Church from the beginning, moving to the East Side of St. Paul in April of 1985. Our first official church service was the 1st Sunday of November, 1986. By God's grace we are here to communicate the Gospel of Jesus Christ to the community.
